The Most Magnificent Thing is the story of a young, unnamed girl who sets out with her best friend (her dog) to create “the most magnificent thing.” She runs into some roadblocks along the way, gets frustrated and tries to quit. Her dog convinces her to keep take a walk on which she finds renewed energy and excitement. This story is great for teaching children the benefits of perseverance and creativity. The beautiful illustrations and relatable storyline draw children in and keep them entertained the whole time.
